Private Parking Ticket / Solicitors involvement

Yeah I'd say we would, but not 100% sure, there's a loading bay the venue uses, but not sure if that's "property" of the car park.

I've got photos, how can I share them on here. there's room for a van to get past, to the left the car park opens up a bit, this is where i was told to park at the back right, to the right if the entrance to the car park, where I have taken the photos from is the side door to the venue where bands load in.

If you street view Sticky Mike's on middle street, you can see the car park next to it.

So I'll have to go to court?

I have no idea why they sent letters to my partners parents, I lived there for a month with him, but never had anything registered there.

Okay I'll make sure I change that, if i change the address, will they be able to find me though?

The address for v5 is to my parents in Hailsham, it always has been.

You can do that by using a free hosting site like photobucket.
Because you are new and as yet cannot add a link here, copy the link and instead of http use hxxp and we will make it live

What you must do is take pictures of the signs in the car park and post here in the same way

It does not mean you will go to court, far from it.

It is the law to get your V5 to your active address. We all have to do it. And yes, for parking tickets they can get your info.
BUT for this lot, they only HAVE one stab at this from the DVLA

What I fail to understand is why letters were sent to your boyfriends parents address, we need to discover why
