I was a bit silly and posted this at the end of an old thread. This is basically a repeat of that post. I received a PCN from ES, on their PCN, it states to appeal to IAS. Sent you a private message as hoping for some of your advice from your experience in court, I've read about it on consumeraction but couldn't find the info about gingers case anywhere, greatly appreciate a link to this (sorry not wanting to hijacj anything, I have my own thread on here if want to continue on there) thanks
