Quick Mobile Fix Issues
I purchased a refurbished Iphone 5s from these people and received a phone next day.
Problem is, it didn't charge or power up. I contacted the company and advised I wasn't happy and was returning the item under their 14 day Money Back Guarantee. The company provided me with a prepaid postage label and I received a proof of posting from the post office.
I was contacted by the company to say they had received my package but there was no phone inside, it had gone missing in the post.
I was then advised that I needed to claim for the missing item from Royal Mail.
The issue I have is that I followed their instructions and Royal Mail tell me that I cannot claim, but the Quick Mobile Fix need to.
Where do I stand?
Can I claim back under Section 75 as I paid on my credit card and am getting nowhere with the company?

Having a similar issue with these people.
I sent an ipad to get a button fix, suddenly they want another £50 to fix the undamaged screen. I queried this and they kindly sent me some photos of a broken ipad screen.
The reviews seem to be glowing and a lot where they've had them removed.0
