I'm sorry but I've rarely seen so much incorrect information in such a short post.
About the only accurate statement is that the assessment is based on descriptors. Not being able to get an item out of a pocket will not put somebody into the Support Group. Having a medical certificate is a basic requirement to make a claim to ESA so it absolutely is considered when making a decision on entitlement.
The bottom line is that ESA has always been about the ability of the claimant to work, not about incapacities which will prevent the claimant from doing a specific job.
You are so wrong - quote from the actual descriptors
3.! Reaching.
Cannot raise either arm as if to put something in the top pocket of a coat or jacket.
That is one of the Support Group descriptors.

Yes having a medical certificate will entitle you to claim and that is all it does - it proves entitlement to make a claim..
ESA is set up in it's entirety that achieving 15 or more points will give you the award. Those points are given depending on which descriptors you fit It has absolutely no relevance as to whether you can do your own job or in fact any job - it is purely a descriptor based assessment in the same way that PIP is.
In fact the descriptor I mentioned above does give by itself 15 points as well as the automatic route to the SG.
Now tell me and everyone else how being unable to reach into the top pocket of a jacket or shirt would affect doing any job?
However there is another route to getting an ESA award and that is if you can't get the 15 points by using the descriptors and you can show that if you were treated as fit for work it would be dangerous to yourself and others if you were found fit for work.0 -

I work various hours as my job pays different rates for different activities as I work in a call centre so inbound is less and outbound is more! I work WITHIN permitted work rules and have informed and they have authorised this whilst I was on the SUPPORT GROUP!0 -
The WCA result is not saying that you don't have a disability. It is saying that the level of disability is not so great as to mean you are unable to work. ESA assessments are to check what a claimant is capable of doing, not simply what the disability prevents them from doing.
As others have said, your next step is to contact CAB or a similar organisation for assistance in requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration of your claim. If that fails to change the decision you will have to appeal.
Also, as Darksparkle has asked, how many hours per week are you working and how much do you earn? Has that work been approved as Permitted Work?
To answer your questions!
How many hours: It varies however less than 16hrs a week
How much I earn: It varies depending what type of work at my work
Approval: YES DWP have AUTHORISED AND APPROVED my permitted work all while on SUPPORT GROUP!
I have contacted my MP and have a meeting arranged to discuss my MR0 -
Many people with ASD work and don't claim benefits, TBF if you work and can clearly write and have a conversation you properly don't need it or entitled to it so the decision is correct.
I agree some do! However I also have other mental health issues which impact my life and I cannot write properly and have to get my mum to fill out forms etc for myself as i cannot write as i have always had a reader and scribe in my exams at school and for a coversation i am okay with scripted or very highly structured coversations but cannot organically have one as i cannot manage to hold down a conversation or understand some behaviours!0 -

Is working more an option for you? If you managed 16hrs you could claim WTC.0 -

If so have a look here for help...

Your ability to work in a call centre, to deal with debtors, does contradict the difficulties you claim to have.
Thinking in terms of ability rather than disability, do you think you could work more hours than you do?0 -
Could you increase slightly and claim tax credits?0
