Advice here on what to do next
Given your situation I'd suggest a visit to your local CAB for possible help with form filling, other benefits and debt
This is the English site but there is a Scottish version which, I think, in this situation is much the same0 -
You need to apply for housing benefit/LHA and council tax support on grounds of low income. Then appeal the ESA decision.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

You mention a wage, how many hours do you work?0

The WCA result is not saying that you don't have a disability. It is saying that the level of disability is not so great as to mean you are unable to work. ESA assessments are to check what a claimant is capable of doing, not simply what the disability prevents them from doing.
As others have said, your next step is to contact CAB or a similar organisation for assistance in requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration of your claim. If that fails to change the decision you will have to appeal.
Also, as Darksparkle has asked, how many hours per week are you working and how much do you earn? Has that work been approved as Permitted Work?0 -
Sounds like you might wish to consider going bankrupt to get rid of those debts/contracts? (What contracts - rent, or 'phone, TV, whatever??).Money_Saving_Scot wrote: »...................... that has to pay for EVERYTHING and I HAVE SO MANY CONTRACTS AND DEBTS I AM IN A CRISIS ....................
If so have a look here for help...

It has nothing to do with saying that you are fit for work or that the illness is not so great. The WCA result is not saying that you don't have a disability. ESA is assessed, like PIP, using fixed descriptors and points. If you fit enough of those descriptors and in doing so get at least 15 points you will get ESA. Being sick, having a GP sick note and not being able to do your job is not considered when deciding if you are entitled to ESA.
As a point if info. I believe that if you can show that you have difficulty getting something out of the top pocket of a jacket or shirt you only need that one descriptor which will give you ESA in the support group!0 -

I'm sorry but I've rarely seen so much incorrect information in such a short post.
About the only accurate statement is that the assessment is based on descriptors. Not being able to get an item out of a pocket will not put somebody into the Support Group. Having a medical certificate is a basic requirement to make a claim to ESA so it absolutely is considered when making a decision on entitlement.
The bottom line is that ESA has always been about the ability of the claimant to work, not about incapacities which will prevent the claimant from doing a specific job.0 -
It's our resident Andy. I'd ignore anything rockingbilly says...0
