    if that was addressed to a scotish address the BPA should be informed that POFa2012 does not apply in scotish law and they are "frightening" you

    Ah i see, yes it was addressed to our family home in Scotland. So will my mum, as the keeper need to contact the BPA to complain?

    she must not state you were driving or indeed say that she was driving , just "the driver parked" ,

    yes , definitely

    I keep telling you that its the KEEPER that must deal with it , because the legal letters are in her name , so its her name , her Scottish address , her pcn , her vehicle

    its nothing to do with you !! per se
