Benetton - 1 month later no refund

Hi all, hoping someone could provide some advice on this one.
I bought a coat online from Benetton on Black Friday. Decided I didn't like it and wanted to send it back. They provided me with a Returns Form and an address to post it back to (in Italy! cost me £25 but that's not even the issue anymore...) I have proof that the coat arrived at their warehouse on the 27th December.
I emailed them on the 21st December expressing how disappointed I was that I had to bear the cost to ship back to Italy when this wasn't made clear on the website. I received a reply on the 2nd January saying that the coat hasn't arrived in their warehouse. I provided the returns number. They asked for it again on the 6th January and I provided it again, along with a copy of the invoice and returns form.
Since the 6th January, I have not heard a peep from them. I have emailed several times, tweeted them several times only to get a generic response. (Please DM us - I have done three times now). I'm at a loss at what to do as they are simply ignoring me? I'm out of pocket the cost of the coat and the £25!

The returns address is there under returns and refunds so you don't really have a complaint there.
You will need to just keep pestering them until you get a resolution, not a lot else you can do really as they are based in Italy having left the UK a long time ago.
Try social media if they have any as that tends to get a response.0 -
If they are saying it hasn't arrived then you may have to claim from the courier.0

They only said that at the beginning of January - I have had radio silence from them since then! The courier has also provided me with proof of delivery.If they are saying it hasn't arrived then you may have to claim from the courier.
