    Okay- so the correct course of action is therefore:

    1. Complain to BG
    2. Receive Deadlock Letter from BG.
    3. Complain to Ombudsman
    4. Ombudsman fails to resolve complaint
    5. Complain to ICO

    Just want to check as this sounds like it will take years!!

    That!!!8217;s on the assumption that BG do nothing to satisfy the issue and you have no luck with the Ombudsman.

    I!!!8217;m sure it will all be sorted before it reaches step 4
