What new iPhone would you buy 6s or 7?

Looking to buy a new iPhone on my trip to the US to replace the aging and out of memory iPhone 6 16gb that I currently have and is running out of memory.

refurbished iPhone 6s 64gb - $509
iPhone 7 128gb - $750

I usually upgrade every 2 years, the reason I am going for the larger memory options is not to run out of memory again soon.

I would say 6S, but it will goes wrong, won't using the warranty on a refurb, in different country be difficult ?

No, the 6s is still current in 32GB and 128GB capacities.

It's a 1 year warranty like new phone Apple honors the warranty globally. Also eligible for AppleCare
