Not one single post. You've posted twice and you've posted a lot of information about your friend and his mental health. Some things should be private I think, you can tell people your friend is a nice guy without people having to know that he was sectioned.

But his mental health is relevant to his situation such as family issues, being unable to get help from social work and claiming benefits and mostly why in the other thread he should be suitable for social housing.

There was actually far greater details I could of gone into that contributed to his physical and mental health breakdown but I just skimmed it and said he had physical and mental health problems.#
I appreciate that you are trying to help your friend - but do you think he would be happy if he read your posts? Does he know that you are writing about him and his family, in particular the drug and mental health matters?

Whatever the case, I hope he will be OK.

He knows, I have said in the past I will look for advice for him and that I have told other people about how his brother and father treats him, he actually likes it in a way as it validates his own feelings about his family, he also knows I have told other friends (who have met him once and like him) about his situations and he knows its just for getting feedback/advice.
  • Why not help your friend complete the forms? That way, he gets the benefits he's entitled to claim, he gets an income and can therefore take steps to find his own accommodation, you don't run the risk of being sanctioned/losing housing or council tax benefit for being deemed to be living with somebody, and you're also not dragged into a huge mess that isn't of your making.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

How there can be too much information when it is anonymous??

Some people give out so much information as to make them potentially identifiable. The OP is one of them.

Identify the person? Not very likely as the information I give out can apply to many people, to add to that my friend has few friends so is far less likely to be known.
