bank that doesn't charge when receiving international transfers

Hello everybody.
I need your help. Is there a bank in the UK that doesn't charge any fee when receiving money from a european country? Llyoids TSB didn't charge anything some years ago. Now they charge £25, and this fee, doesn't even show up in your bank statement. You receive the money you're expecting, minus £25. Any suggestion/advice?
This other bank account would have to be free.
Many Thanks

Lloyds charge £2 or £7 if the amount is over £100.0 -
I just found out on the Llyoid TSB website that they charge £7 to receive international payments of over £100. So why did they charge me £25. It happened more than once.
"The following fees apply to electronic payments received from outside the UK other than by SEPA credit transfer:
Receiving a payment up to and including £100 - £2†
Receiving a payment of over £100 - £7†
†This fee will not apply to payments in sterling received from a bank account within the EU to our Basic Account.
We'll convert the money you've received into pounds sterling on the day we pay it into your account."0 -

Thanks for your reply. What do I need to do in order to open the account? Just go there in person and do it? Does it take long?
Correct, Llyoids charged me more than £7. Can I make a complain? It happened many other times too!0 -
If it is a SWIFT transfer the £25 is likely to be a fee charged by an intermediary bank not Lloyds. ie the fee had already been deducted before Lloyds received the payment.0

How do you know?
And was the transfer in foreign currency? If so, is the conversion fee shown in the statement?0 -
OP do you have a personal or business account?
The tariffs are different depending on the account you hold.
Eg SEPA payment from a normal current account costs £9.50 but transfers from a business account are charged more £20/£25.0 -

Thanks for your reply.
I have a simple basic account with Llyoid.
The person that sent me the money, already paid a fee to the bank he made the transfer with.0 -

The transfer was sent already in pounds, although it comes from a european country.
E.g. in 2009 intermediary banks were involved in some transfers from EU to Lloyds and HBOS and charged £12: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1489461
(see mainly post #2)
Ask Lloyds to explain why £25 is missing.0
