EE non cancellation

Back in October 2016, I cancelled my contract by telephoning EE cancellations as requested, it seems though that they continued to take the monthly fee's from my account, I am currently contacting EE, I suspect as with a previous provider this will need more than a telephone conversation.

I did last year have a similar problem with vodafone and it wasnt until I came on here that I was contacted by a vodafone representative that could actually rectify the problem.

Could you please advise if there is a simialr conact details for an EE representative on here.

There isn't. I assum you didn't request a PAC at any time, as this would have negated any notice to cancel and the contract would have contuined if it wasn't exercised.
