Does anyone know if I still need to pay £500 in per month to get the interest?
I opened my Classic Plus account in 2014, and for a long time I was getting interest, plus £5 cashback for using my card, and to get it I had to activate paperless and transfer in £500 each month.
I'm looking at their website now, and it looks like all the cashback offers I am no longer eligible for since they only apply to new customers after March 2017 - my deals must have ended. I realise I've been wasting my time using the contactless for no benefit, but I can still get the interest, I'm just unsure if I'm also wasting my time transferring £500 in every month.
Its on the front page summary of the account. Did you not think to look there?:cool:

hello does anyone know or had experience of, as the T&Cs dont specify, and neither does MSE site. if the incentive still lapplies if:
use full switch service with 2 DDs......but;
one of which will be paid within the 28 days then canceled
the second one canceled straight away.
BUT ALSO
2 new DDs setup and paid within 28 Days
The B account and others specify whether DD transfers or new or both qualify, and I can only see one other similar post (thread 5583918 ) for this account but there is no outcome posted, any ideas?0 -
I am unsure how to, should i close these accounts and switch in from two other dummy accounts? i have read the T&C but it does say something about not getting the cashabck if having an acc on sole name. is it possible to change these ac into a joint name then close?
thanks0
