Very simple really: You said a lot about what lenders will do in the light of a CIFAS victim registration. So let's see some evidence of that.

You post was in fact a prime example of the confusion which exists on MSE and nothing you have posted changes that.

The easiest thing for OP to do is to call CIFAS and see if he actually has a protective registration marker against his name and how to go about removing it.
