Very simple really: You said a lot about what lenders will do in the light of a CIFAS victim registration. So let's see some evidence of that.
You post was in fact a prime example of the confusion which exists on MSE and nothing you have posted changes that.0 -
The easiest thing for OP to do is to call CIFAS and see if he actually has a protective registration marker against his name and how to go about removing it.
