OK - New Year!
I'm really pushing myself this year. My problem is always keeping up the momentum, but I'll start as I intend to go on. Through various ways including withdrawing savings that pay less interest than debt charges, my first PAD of the year is £7209.620 -

Hello and a belated Happy New Year to all Padders. Great to see a December total not much lower than the average month when there are so many calls on our money at this time of year and sometimes we're doing well not to add to the debt never mind pay it off.
I hope you don't mind but being a bit of nerd about these things, and in the interest of motivating newbies joining us for a New Year push on the finances, I have totalled up the PADs for 2018 and between us we have cleared a fantastic £155,629.75 in debt or to savings. That's absolutely brilliant and a fantastic achievement and thank you to all those who have done the totalling over the year.Every penny's a prisoner
PADding is addictive
