Been offline for a few days, recovering from man flu...just in time for Xmas fortunately. My PAD today is:
£126.64 mortgage overpayment.
That means that in December alone I've managed to knock 5 months off the length of my mortgage. I'm hoping I may be able to make that 6 months by the end of December... had planned to have a few days offline and enjoy Christmas...but it's an incentive for when the little ones are in bed.0 -

Fabulous PADding for Christmas Eve Eve saw our second highest total of the month so far with
£724.91
In case I don't get on tomorrow I wish you all a Happy Christmas and, if you are looking back on the year just finishing and forward to the New Year remember to feel positive about how far you've come with your debt and how little actions like this every day (or as often as you can!) make a difference in the right direction - you only need to look back on all those debts cleared, milestones reached or months knocked off the mortgage to feel good about what you are doing - and importantly remember that even little extra payments are better than having your head in the sand, instead hold your head up knowing you are at least trying to do something about it.Every penny's a prisoner
