And a payment of £11.90 to my cc to keep ticking along. I knew this month would have fewer payments so counting up every day is helping me keep focussed and still part of things.Every penny's a prisoner

Sorry you're feeling a bit fed up with things Sassers, especially if you're not well it can feel like you're getting nowhere but you have made so much progress already. Keep your chin up and feel better soon.
Total for Tuesday 10th October was a move in the right direction of £205.19 so even though it feels hard sometimes and like walking through treacle, we are getting there and at least we're trying to take positive action rather than head in sand. And I think progress towards our goals doesn't come in a steady upward curve but in fits in starts - I had a good month in September with several survey payouts etc making me feel like I'd made real progress but then it's all slowed up again this month. At least when I come on here I feel I'm with like-minded people all trying their best.
As a debt free person who battled for years with their debt I'd ditto this. You start debt busting often with a rosey outlook and your figures which say 'debt free yesterday' - then life gets in the way and you get down in the dumps about your debt.
But no need. In my DF Journey I often stalled or took a couple of paces back. I still, however, got debt free because I didn't stay stalled or in the place of a few paces back.
Whoopsies are so allowed on this thread hence I love it. I also know PADDING WORKS!
I have my usual niggles in a variety of shades I've had for years but they are nothing compared to some of you guys
and yeah if you just need to vent and moan on here because you're struggling with padding that is also so ok
This is mutual support - not mutual beating ourselves up
Sorry no smileys this am but have a good day
