I (had) a debt of £1650 this morning but I pushed myself and transferred £100 today. I now have £137 to last me 15 days but as it's just me and I'll be doing my food shopping in Aldi and trying my best to prepare homecooked lunches for work, I'm hoping it will be enough!

Balance remaining is £1550 with a target to be debt free by Jan 1st, but i'm not sure how achievable that is as December's pay check is going to be hit hard by my travel season ticket subsidy in terms of extra NI and Student Loan contributions. I also have to pay £250 upfront for a year of ground rent to my freeholder. Along with Christmas this may be too tall an order and carry it over into the new year.

Total paid off this month so far £348.96. Anyone else find it satifying to see the numbers go down and down? In June i was faced with £3700 but have worked hard to get it down to where it is today!
