September is turning into a mini nightmare mind wise. Not aided by trying to fix mind by spending :(. So back on the £1 treats budget today for this - still have my 18p Basil plant from my bad mind episode in the summer

Yes I maybe unwell but that is no excuse not to budget and take responsibility. It's about baby steps - allowing for the whoopsies and doing what I can when I can :). Ready meals allowed. Ready meals with grated/chopped up veg even better though!!! I did this yesterday - pre baked (in frozen section) jacket spud with a grated carrot and the last of a lettuce done in the food processor with grated cheese (again food processor), 1/2 can of baked beans and mayo

So easy yet so healthy! Healthy bod, healthy mind
