Love this, with over £1,300 on my CC, I'm 39 months away from paying it off if I keep making the minimum payments. That's too long!

Bank balance round down to kick things off, £2.96 for me today.

So after my first month of PADding, I've reduced the 39 months down to just over 33. If I can match what I've done throughout August in the upcoming months then I'll have it paid off in 5 months! That's my target, as the interest free term runs out in Feb 2018 and whilst I could do a balance transfer, I'd rather just have it all paid off :rotfl:

Well done cufc mike, just goes to show the power of padding. Sometimes it doesn't feel worth chipping away with little bits here and there but it's when you've counted up like you've done and calculated the difference it's made that it all feels worth while - very motivating. Also I'm with you about when the current 0% runs out rather having paid it off than having to do the shuffle again

in the interests of which I have paid off another £25 today courtesy of a survey pay out.
