How to go about getting a mobile repaired?

Hi

Does anybody know where I should go to get a mobile phone repaired.

It is a Samsung e700 of which the cable has snapped.

I can see it can be repaired but Samsung would charge about £100 to do and actually were not that keen to help.

I live in Ayrshire and need to know of any repair shop or part sellers.

Thanks for any help

its very hard to change the ribbon on its own due to the fine soldering work involved
when i get these like this i change the complete screens as the cable is already fitted.
would be about £45 for the screens complete + fitting cost
you can get the screens on ebay
lmk if you dont want to try it your self but it not too hard, this link shows how to do a complete ribbon change but does show how to strip your phonehttp://www.techmobile.co.uk/ribbon_change/
