Does anyone EVER really get upto date entering all the comps posted on here?

Oh by the way my definition of "being up to date" means that every competition is either entered or red crossed.... red crossed applying to at least 95% of everything posted. I literally only enter for stuff either I or my family would want, so yes to some DVDs and books etc but no to cat treats, tickets to shows in London, fishing rods, baby equipment etc. That's probably why I can manage to stay up to date so easily, I don't waste time entering for prizes I wouldn't want / need.

I remember that feeling when I first started. I thought I would never get to the top of the board. Now I nearly always am, there or there abouts. When I get a little behind I use a mix of systems. I "end date" to do any comps finishing soon. This takes the pressure off having to catch up quickly. Then I comp in date posted order from wherever I got to last time. In this way, I keep catching up, until I get back to the top of the board. Most days I reach the top of the board several times.

I wouldn't be up to date if I entered everything either. I mainly get wins for my kids now as they are the smaller prizes

My compers resolution was to stay up to date on the main board and I'm happy to say I'm on it! I also managed to do the mag dailies too (thank you xxlauraxx) I don't enter for gleam/rc, holidays or most tickets. That's because I'm a family of 6 ha ha xx

Due to work & general 'real life', I hadn't been up to date for such a long time. I used to log on when I had time & search for things I'd like to win.

During a few days off during Xmas & New Year, I managed to get Up-to-date. So since then, I've been logging on every few days and working through the main board - catching up to where I'd left off (and being picky about what I enter for). Not sure how long I'll manage to keep on top of new posts.

If I'm up to date, I'll maybe venture into the mage dailies or Click-to-wins...only if I've nowt else to do

I'm always up to date and agree with mjm it is so much easier to stay up to date once you manage to get there. I don't enter mag dailies c2w rafflecopter or twitter comps though so I suppose it is easier for me to stay up to date than many. If ever I miss a day or so I always make sure I get back up to date as soon as possible.

I tend to do most of my comping at the weekend. I catch up then from what was posted in the week.

During December with the advents I got a few weeks behind, but have caught up again now.
