that is a fifteen to twenty grand motorhome as a private sale and more from a dealer so for less than six grand it sets alarm bells ringing0

Daisies growing on the grass make the pictures look taken months ago.0

Oh, I see. I didn't realise it was supposed to be funny, but now I look again, I can see how obvious it is.0 -

Not a bad guess.
The actual selling price when it was sold was £18,750

original listing? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AUTOCRUISE-STARFIRE-2-BERTH-MOTORHOME-2-2-LTR-T-DIESEL-2005-/142115563707?clk_rvr_id=1156503604016&rmvSB=true

ebay can't do anything.
The vehicle was originally listed on ebay but was removed by the seller before it ended as it was sold elsewhere.0 -
please look at this, and report any ebay/gumtree ads that appear too good to be true

Too late for this one, but one way is to put one of the photos through Google reverse image search. Scammers will often gather photos of a vehicle off the web and then advertise the same vehicle (that they have never even seen) using those photos. The daisies might be a clue here - wrong time of year? You bid, you win, you pay ... and there's no vehicle and no seller either.
One reason to blank off your number plate in pictures on internet forums and adverts - only give the number to genuine enquirers. A set of 12 good photos of a vehicle with the number visible are much more plausible as bait.If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.0
