Any cheap cashback deals for contracts or pay-as-you-go phones?

A year or so ago there were some deals (after cashback) for 50 pence a month with a refurbished phone or basic Nokia. Also, Carphone Warehouse had low priced for pay as you go smartphones if you qualified for an upgrade.

Does anyone know if similar deals still exist?
