Hi
I'm a newbie so please be kind!
I've read the newbie faqs, but I would still like some advise please.
We stayed in a Wickes car park as we had permission from the manager as a group , though we were added late so they didn't have our reg no. ( was a cub scouts parade)
I called Wickes head office & they were unable to help as it was out of their hands?!
The manager at the time has since left.
We appealed the first pcn & they refused it, we had the usual letter chain, today we got the letter from Zenith, they are still offering us the reduced payment for 14 days.
Do I still ignore? Or appeal again!
