Lufthansa - Address for correspondance?

Hello, I have an outstanding claim with Lufthansa and despite me contacting them via email, they refuse to reply this way and only call me back via telephone, (despite my repeated requests to reply via email also). Note is this NOT a claim under the EU three hour delay ruling.
Can anyone advise an address either in the UK or Germany to where I can write please? Also how to start a small claim against a non UK company would be very useful please?
I'm out of pocket by approx. £700 due to their mismanagement, but they have refused most of this up to now.
