Diesel dont accept returns

The shop would only truly lose out if the jeans remained unsold on their shelves or they had to mark them down as no longer in new condition. The shop will lose out on the pair of jeans that they are entitled to receive, as per the terms of the contract.
How would they lose a pair of jeans they are "entitled to receive"? The returned jeans would be the same in every way to those actually sold other than their size..
However, I agree it's not a bonafide return and should not be encouraged here.0 -

Well, I'm interested to hear from ThumbRemote as I wasn't the only user to mention it being fraudulent
What I'm mindful of is that the shop is not obliged to sell their stock if they so choose! They have had a pair of jeans, size X, replaced by a pair of jeans, size Y, without agreeing to it...0 -
OP has to cough up another £350 odd and what if Diesel will only do a credit note? Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

It needs to be remembered that this is the Consumer Rights board and not the Consumer Fiddles board.0

The bottom line for me is that decent companies extend their return times at Christmas and I'd consider this bad customer service.0
