Hi
Is it better to pay for a room on a visa debit card or buy Euro's and pat in cash? If paying on a Halifax Reward Card is it adviseable to pay in Euro or GBP option?
Thanks I am due to visit Dublin next month.
Hope someone can help me?
Thanks
Wendy😐

You don't say whether you have booked the hotel through a UK booking agency or direct with the hotel or pay when in Dublin. If paying once in Dublin and using Clarity abroad I would always pay the local currency whenever possible. To avoid any issues call Halifax before travelling to register your card for foreign use.0
