Just as the title states, I am thinking of moving to Sky from BT but it is imperative I keep my landline number. Anyone else that has moved and kept their number, did it go smoothly?

As long as you don't cancel with BT, Sky have to manage the change over. Making sure that BT aren't charging you after the fact isn't a bad idea either.Just as the title states, I am thinking of moving to Sky from BT but it is imperative I keep my landline number. I have taken the plunge now so fingers crossed.... I used the MSE link for £12 a month. Sadly I couldn't go via Quidco as well. Cheers.0

Geekgirl,
Had you read some of my advice about switching to Sky in order to take-up it MSE £12 offer, you'd have noticed I'd instructed that with Quidco matters would not track correctly, however with TopCashBack all matters tracked and Sky provided Codes all worked fine - whether I'll get £50.00 cash back is a mute point and won't know until June.0 -

Some years ago, when I left BT for Sky, I rang BT, after Sky's confirmation, too. (Could it be that we don't trust them ?:p )0
