There are no templates for complaining to the DVLA and ICO, which was the first step advised.

  • PPL have tried contacting myself regards parking in a reserved bay; the signage wasn't the clearest but still visible.
I appealed via letter and it was rejected.
There appeal process is to contact the IAS, but I have left it longer than 21 days.
The penalty notice is now £100, what are the next steps ?

You need to do 2 things. At the top of this forum is a thread it tells Newbies to read it before doing anything. You are a Newbie so guess what you need to do.

Once you've read it several times you need to start your own thread for your own personalised advice.
  • I would respond to the debt collector on this occasion - making clear that you will add them as a defendant party for misuse of your personal data unless they cease and desist.
