SAR goes to PPM. This is the address you use. If they don't cough up all the information for all the dates, have a word with the ICO.

SAR's have a bite in them the PPC's have not cottoned onto yet.

Also send a CPR 31.14 request for all pics of their signs ON THE DAY and the contract in place ON THE DAY. Be very specific as it will help later.

Thank you for confirming address details. I will send a request for this. How would payment for this be taken? Should I request this information in a specific time frame?
I have noted from Coupons post that £10 cheque to be made as well as 40 days to respond.
My question now would be i have 28 days to draft a defence however they have 40 days to response. I assume I should then draft a defence on points made in NEWBIE thread rather than waiting on the assistance of the SAR
I will also send this request. - Does the CPR 31.14 have to be specific to just the claim form or should it be requested for each one on each separate day?
  • I will be doing nothing but researching this tomorrow and gathering my pieces for a defence o which I can form a draft for you.

Thank you for attaching that link Coupon

    Hi,

Quick update. I sent a letter on 18th Jan that was received on the 19th. A week today. At present I have not received any documents or post back from PPM even though they had specifically 7 days to return it.
What can my next steps be for this?

I will of course add this to my defence and argue how can I defend something I am unaware of or have any information on ect...

Wanted to know if there is a company I can call that this could be raised further too or best to leave it so that PPM look even worse?

    Thanks
  • Any advice?

you may get nothing back at all, but you have to ask and do your bit like you have done

concentrate on your defence regardless, making sure you put everything into it that you can , so it can be referred to later or in court

you cannot add new stuff to your defence later , so it has to mention stuff that you can go back to later, including missing paperwork from the PPC
  • Thank you for your reply. I have just returned home and I have an envelope containing information relating to my request of the SAR. This was supposed to be back within 40 days. What I do not have returned is any details in reference to the CPR 31.14 requesting information specifically about the case in hand.

With the information sent to me from the SAR I have 9 PCRs along with a reminder notice and photos.

    Where does this leave me?

So you are defending a claim about just one PCN, so do the search I explained before and show us your defence.
    Google these words:

    gladstones ppm defence site:forums.pepipoo.com

Loads of examples on pepipoo. Show us your draft based on recent ones only (past 6 months, no older).

Or search this forum for 'defence controlling minds Gladstones' and read some.

Does the SAR help you to identify the one ticket the claim relates to? What about the photos of your car? Why were you parked in that car park? And please show us pics of the signs as I expect they do not make a contractual offer to non-permit holders.
