MyParkingCharge.co.uk - RingGo

Options
Dear SuperUsers!

15 Jan 2017
RingGo Location: 2880 - Albert Street, Birmingham (confirmed with TextMessage&App )
Operator: Excel Parking Services Ltd
Yellow envelope: MyParkingCharge.co.uk.

"Driver" (as per forum) paid using RignGo (has proof).
Came back and saw Yellow (Attention Document Enclosed) envelope from MyParkingCharge.co.uk.
No details of "Drivers" vehicles on it only serial number/date /traffic warden number

Should he ignore it and wait for the formal letter?
Is it safe to login to MyParkingCharge. co .uk to see details of alleged offence as "Driver" have to enter vehicles Registration number along with provided serial number though?

Besides the possible RingGo payment issue, I can think of parking problem.(Vehicles side possibly been off parking bay on yellow line (within 10cm)) as the car on the right was off center of its allocation bay, and "Driver" left more clearance from right to safely get off/on vehicle with his baby.

Any tips or suggestions?
Link to any thread. I have spend couple of hours on GOOGLE until found this forum and sitting 2nd day here.
It just awesome library of defence, although I require quide. :(

well the burning question is , is it a notice to driver or not?

if they treat it as ANPR they are breaking (timing) rules , if itss treated as a notice in car , its incomplete and rubbish

another poster has looked into this and posted suggested letters to the DVLA ,

It was a text as follows:
    1SIDE
    Attention
    Document Enclosed
    Warning
Only the person in charge of this vehicle is authorised to remove this document

    2SIDE
    MPC / MyParkingCharge.co.uk
    Serial Nr: VCSXXXXXXX
    Date: 15-1-17
The car Park operator has reason to believe that this vehicle is parked in contravention of the advertised T's&C's. As a result a Parking Charge Notice may be issued to the Registered Keeper through the post.
Log on using the Serial Number above and the Vehicle Registration Mark.

we have seen the tickets , they are fairly new , an idea for them to save £2.50 in DVLA fees

now imagine if you have no internet , how do you appeal (who to?) the only cross referance to myparkingcharge is on a website where they say its a tradeing name of excel

others have already complained , sit tight and await your NTK , it cannot replicate the garbage you have already

Have a look at the other two threads with the same header as yours.

This is very interesting as the signage at albert street says it is run by VCS.

I dont therefore think excel can issue a charge.

This is ironic as previously the signage was in the name of Excel...and vcs were issuing charges.

signage can say "heinz baked beans" , the ticket is from MyParkingCharge.co.uk and will bear no resembelance to anything thru the post , be it sub 14 days or 28-56 days , my parking charge is the trading name of "MyParkingCharge and the Central Processing Office is a trading style of the Excel Parking Services Group "

OP await NTK and come back

The NTKs are issued within a fortnight and by VCS according to the other two threads. Hence why people must wait, then report these in their droves to the DVLA, because that woeful notice 'on-screen' can only be a 'Notice to Driver' and therefore VCS can't get data until day 29.

But they haven't worked that out yet...we need people to complain when they get their VCS NTKs. IMHO, VCS should be banned for getting the data too early - they have no excuse four years after the very simple Schedule was enacted.

A notice on the screen addressed for the driver to read, telling them to go online (where appeal is offered) is a NTD.

    Finally got the letter.
    Parking Charge Notice (PCN)
    Notice to keeper (NTK)

Only got it on Wednesday 08/02/2017 with contravention date 15/01/2017
Reason: PARKED BEYOND THE BAY MARKINGS

Amount of charge - £100 no later than 28/02/2017
if paid within 14days - £40 no later than 14/02/2017
The creditor is: Vehicle Control Services Limited

and lots of other small print.

It's bloody unreasonable. Driver have parked outside the bay as he was with baby and child so had to leave space from drivers side, although there was no parking space from passengers side as its a corner parking area. marked in yellow.
There is definitely something wrong with all those companies. Rules vs Real life situation. ()why they not using common sense?

Any suggestions what to do - appeal/ignore/pay.
Will be waiting fro your support guys!

By the way letter dated 31/01/2017

First question, was the letter from VCS OR MyParkingCharge

Have you taken pictures of the signage.

    VCS lost a case yesterday
