Plusnet renege on cashback?

Anybody else had trouble obtaining their cashback after signing up to Plusnet? I signed up to a deal as a 'newbie' last October via a special link that was promoted on this site which offered £75 cashback. I chased them for the money last week and they say that I am not due this as the link did not generate their 'code'.
I'm planning on emailing their CEO , but I'm unable to view the offer to get details as it has expired.
Be interested to hear if anyone else has had this problem.

Did you have any other payment directly from PlusNet ?
I joined PlusNet in October and compared the TCB amounts and PlusNet cheque offer, as TCB said that two offers can't be combined and PlusNet confirmed this. I went for PlusNet cheque which arrived within the promised timescale.
(Taking a BT offer, at the time, did pay both via TCB and BT voucher, but the voucher was included in the TSB description, so a different situation.)0
