  • Hi yes this has been checked and confirmed although not told to us before the sale, we ourselves found out after.

The connections although 'small issue' resulted in (on more then one occasion) being left without gas. That still hasn't been fixed as we were told a gas man needed to look at it .... roll on 4 months later still not done.

Transport damaged agree it happens the park policy is to replace/ fix within 5 days .. we waited weeks. ( it was completely smashed )

The leaks under the van are coming from under the bolier.

Yes we should have gone back and looked but all faults bar 2 or 3 were not visible and are things that would and did become obvious when sited.

At the point of sale I had no reason to believe spending the money wasn't worth it we were told he had got a great deal.

Although the faults seem small ( and I have not listed every single one ) they impacted on our enjoyment.

It wasn't just the case that we constantly phoned but told these issues would be fixed and not one single one was.
  • Can i add, had we have known it was the job of the finance company ( which I've not long found out ) we would not have gone so long waiting for the site to correct the faults and would have gone directly to the finance company. We had no idea ! We assumed it was the parks responsibly.

Why do you think it is the finance company's job to resolve these issues?

We feel so badly treated, and now that we have complained to the finance company our holiday site manager refuses to have any dealings with us.

How far away is the caravan situated? If the manager refused to talk to me (on the phone?) I would be visiting in person and refusing to leave until he did.

We have been told by the finance company themselves its their responsibly as the van is not ours until we pay it off.

Our van is pretty close to the main office which on 5 occasions I visited and told the issues would be sorted I also had a meeting with the manager.
