    Tuesday
    Breakfast Mushroom Omelette 19 carbs
    Lunch Cheese & Beetroot 5 carbs
    Dinner Burger Salad 10 carbs

    Wednesday
    Breakfast Bacon & Egg etc. 16 carbs
    Lunch Fruit & Cream 7 carbs
    Dinner Shepard’s Pie dinner 26 carbs

    Thursday

    What a great idea. Putting fried egg with gammon. Might see if my 6 year old fancied an egg with her gammon tonight.

    I thought gammon and egg was a classic too. Just shows not everyone eats the same things - also we sometimes have ours with pineapple.
