    Is this the same incident that you asked about in November? Did you follow any of the advice given?

    You should do the following:
    1. Search this board for recent Napier / BW Legal claims and read what other people in your situation have done.
    2. Read the NEWBIES sticky thread. Then read it again until it sinks in.
    3. If you still want advice, start your own thread.
