Finally... my OR called me earlier about the interview, he said he could do today or tomorrow so I opted for 1pm tomorrow... during my lunch hour! Not really worried about it, I'll come back tomorrow and let you all know how I get on.. :)

Not sure I'm prepared, I won't have any paperwork with me as I'm at work so everything he asks I will be saying off the top of my head... will take my BR form though just so it reminds me of everthing.

Is there anything else he's likely to need from me? :)
  • My OH was asked the date he last purchased on his cc and what it was he brought.....not sure if thats a standard question or not, maybe worth having a little look at your last cc statement? The rest of his interveiw was centered around the BR papers.

Goodluck , hope it goes OK

Well it's over with... my OR sounds very nice, I asked before if it would be wrong to ask him out! Haha! Anyway we had a nice chat, mainly about how I incurred my debts, when I last used the credit card etc... all very informal actually, like chatting to a friend!

Then he told me about his friends Dad doing the lottery, like I said he was very friendly and kept apologising for keeping me from my lunch!

I'm guessing not all OR's are like this, I'm just pleased mine is... :)

Well done :j and now it will go deathly silent and you will be left wondering what happens now. (I'm waiting for fermi's “Idiots Guide to Bankruptcy” to come out, which might help us all)

For now just enjoy getting your life back together.

Thanks guys... the whole process has been very straightforward and not at all stressful, I guess I have been lucky because I don't have kids or a house or a car etc...

Only downside is he said my managing agents for my flat will receive a letter in the post, apparently he said it's a legal requirement they let them know. But he said if I have any problems with them to give them his number and he will try and sort it out for me... which is good, really don't want to lose my lovely flat after all this.

Here's hoping I get an early discharge then! :D
