SKY adding additional charge to MSE special offer

Options
I have just signed up for the offer which was great, however right at the end I noticed they are adding an additional charge of £9.95 which was specifically not included as the transaction went through. If this is indeed added to the first bill I will be asking them to remove it as I have go the relevant screen prints (tried to add them but site won't let me as a new user, only been on 6 years???) - just thought others should be aware.

    What's the link to the offer on here?

    @SPTB,

    Sky are not adding anything to their offer not clearly outlined in the T&C, which if you read it you'll note everyone has to pay the charge you mention as a P&P cost for the Sky Hub, together with £5 credit check that is reimbursed on your first bill. So can confirm that the £12 a month offer is just that, namely 12 payments of £12 with an additional 9.95 charge imposed for all new customers - you may also get cash back on the MSE Sky offer that runs until 20 January, which is £50 on TopCashBack and £55 on Quidco - mine tracked, but does not mean it will pay out - need to wait six months I'm afraid, but Sky code works when applied to signing up for regular BB and phone via TCB, that is monthly charge drops from £17.40 to £12 after inputing the Sky code - reality is, offer is far cheaper than PlusNet and anytime calls is now usually 8 quid with most ISPs - I'm paying Sky £20 per month for my package and also paid an addition £20 for the Sky Q Hub router, far better than Sky Hub as an AC router - write ups have been good for what it is, but a dedicated AC router from a major supplier far better, but you won't get anything decent for 20 quid - a decent AC Router costing £80 and above if new.
