i just ordered my nokia 6630 from dialaphone.co.uk/theworks but when i completed the form etc and confirmed, the screen came up with my order number. 26.... But when my confirmation email came thrugh the order number began with 338... whas this about? this happened to anyone else?

Ordered a contract phone from Dialaphone on Friday night. Order was accepted and delivery will be on Wednesday. I was wondering why I haven't received a confirmation e-mail. Is this unusual?

I have received the phone now, its a little big but i cant complain.

How can i confirm what is free on this contract, as i went to view a music video it said its going to cost me £1.50 so i changed my mind

I dont think you can downgrade, but the cashback is by cheque, and there is no voucher, you have only one month to claim you cashback.

Re 'the works' links and refer a friend at the same time: I dont know wether it works or not, got confirmation from DAP 'refer a friend' by txt, if 'the works' links doesn't work, i am still £6 better off

I am still waiting from 3 to confirm the ' loads of videos' bit.

The number starting with 26, is for the internet orders and I think it is some kind of reference number.

Number starting with 338, is the correct order number, which is unique for any order (whether it is via internet or phone).

thanks for confirming that... I rang today and they said that the 338 is the right one.

Also I told them about £40 extra cashback and they said they cant confirm that until I actually receive the phone.

I ordered last year through a link and raf and was told that you can get a maximum of £60 so if the person who refers you is supposed to get £40 and you £40 they will only send £60 not £80. That's what happened aswell!
