Plusnet £50 Cashback broadband offer

Im wondering how many other people have taken out a Plusnet broadband account on the back of their £50 cashback deal advertising campaign back in August 2016
Well I did, but have been having problems receiving my cashabck cheque ever since, even thought Ive got chat transcipts and an Plusnet email saying I'm entitled to it and I should receive it in the postt with the next 30 working day, dated 24/11/16

Anybody else having poroblems with them or is it just me
