How long for mbna transfer to happen?

I think this is MBNA just being a bit slow off the mark.
Applied last Tuesday and got an acceptance email immediately. Pin number came through yesterday as well as confirmation of direct debit.
Now just waiting for the card. I think that MBNA have had a large uptake due to some of the offers.
I don't really need the card to be fair so I am happy to wait.0
