Environmental Hazardous symbol on Tanker

Haven't been able to get on here but thanks everyone for their help
I have been on courses and know what I do and don't need. The company are doing the bare minimum to be honest and I was asking in case rules have changed that I wasn't aware of so wanted clarification before I refuse to drive the truck as like you say it's my licence at risk.
Requirements will be available on the Internet.
If you post what you are actually transporting then people may be able to comment further, it's just guesswork otherwise.
Milk is environmentally hazardous if spilt, but isn't exactly going to kill someone immediately!0 -
Its Kerosene and Red and White Diesel. The company seem to cut corners and I feel like I am moaning as none of the other drivers seem to comment about it. Like I said I am aware of all the regulations from when I did my ADR and CPC etc but just their attitude made me wonder if there was any changes that I wasn't aware of and when I looked online it all seemed to back me up but had that nagging doubt as this is suppose to be a competent company0

It's all laid out in the hse website.
Is there a nominated health and safety officer, if so report to them.
You can formally submit your concerns in writing, might not make you popular though, and could always anonymously contact hse.
Risky though and wouldn't make you popular in any way, sometimes you have to make choices, I refused to take on a role with a previous employer, led to me being made redundant a few months later though.0
