Contact for Giffgaff? Possible identity theft

I have received a voucher deal from GiffGaff to a name I have never seen before, with someone with a Giffgaff account at my home address. I have lived in my flat for over 3 years and occasionally received old marketing material but this is to someone who seems to currently have the account, and I have never seen this name before on any of the 'previous occupiers' details.

It has aroused my suspicious because of a few odd things that have happened since some neighbours moved into the block of flats where I live. It sounds OTT but I want to rule out any identity theft.

In any case I would like to contact Giffgaff to ask them why someone with a current Giffgaff mobile account is using my address. However there are no phone numbers on their website. I have no idea how to investigate.

I have been at the address for 3 years. I can see by the content that it is a new mobile account.

Also I'd have to register to use their forum and I can't do this without an account!

I had an account with them ages ago and got sick of them being so impossible to contact.

Your account with Giffgaff may still be active, mine certainly is although that's from last December when I left.

If it's someone elses name on the new account they may have simply put the wrong flat number on registration.

You could always ask your neighbours?

Edit: btw, if it was identity theft they would have had your name on it, not someone elses.

You would need to contact an agent, via their website, using your previous user ID or creating an new user name and account.

On the Giff Gaff 'contact us' page there are 2 other ways you could use to contact them, by e mail or by post. (I appreciate that you want to raise an issue not complain).

Google lists dozens of premium rate 084 and 087 numbers for contacting them.

ALL of those numbers are fakes and scams.

Thanks everyone. I was probably getting too anxious over nothing but just as a precaution wanted to check.

I did have the old GiffGaff account so have gone onto the forum to ask. Thanks for the responses, I'm sure it's nothing but the last thing I want is additional money woes!
