Ketone Parking Solutions

I would appreciate some help and advice

I've received a parking ticket from a Kernow Parking Solutions Limited. They appear to be discussed on other threads, but normally relating to appeals.

I have no cause to appeal the ticket as I exceeded the time on the ticket and accept I accept the fine.

However, I have phoned the company on numerous occasions in a bid to make my "within14 days" payment but I get through to a voicemail only.

Unfortunately, i am at Day 13 of my 14 day "discount" phase. Entirely my fault and should have dealt with this earlier.

Nevertheless, i am attempting to make payment and there is clearly no facility to allow me to do this.

What are my options please?

Many thanks.

This forum helps you NOT pay! It's not here to help scammers get their ill-gotten gains

Why not follow the free advice you can get here designed to do this.

Well it's very generous of you to wish to contribute to the parking company's profits when you could read the newby threads and understand why it is not necessary.
Why do you need to speak by phone to the company? This may lead to your giving information that you are not obliged to give, should they wish to persist with their demand.
What information has been supplied about "how to pay"? The lack of such correct information could be sufficient to remove the charge.
However, I understand your right to settle for a quiet life if you can afford it. Others are not so well endowed.
  • Really?

Having reviewed this forum there are plenty of other threads providing information on how to deal with Parking scammers, not just appeals.

I'm technically trying to save money so the post is relevant and it might be useful for people to know that these individuals will adopt numerous strategies to extract what money they can from people, including providing no means of payment what so ever.

Your impatient and pointless response is noted and I thank the other responder for providing some useful advice to someone who was just asking for help.

yup , you ask the question in the wrong forum , you have been told they are a BPA member why not ask them (who would know the answer) instead of asking strangers on a forum

Nobody here advises paying a scammer and "discount" periods are very often just that.

We quite often see "I'm being chased for more money - but I paid" threads, so as far as we are concerned, any offers of discounts are simply a ruse to flush-out the mugs.
  • As a "newbie" to this forum I read the newbie threads which didn't give me the answer I was looking for as they only deal with processes for appeal.

I have never had to deal with a private company before so I am not familiar with the do's and don'ts of the processes. All I am aware of at the stage is that I have a parking ticket and it is not immediately obvious that there are grounds of appeal given the examples cited by previous threads.

Given the above - there is nothing in this forum that suggests it's the wrong place to post. The fact that 2 thirds of the responses provided some helpful advice suggests that there are some "strangers" on this public forum who have the good grace to provide some level of help...as opposed to the one third having an attitude problem.
