TSB Platinum Credit Card - monthly cashback not paid?

Hi, I use the TSB 0% Platinum card for the 1% monthly cashback, and it's normally paid around the 7th or 8th but no sign of it yet this month.

Has anyone else ever had this problem, and should I contact them to ask about it? I don't think the offer has ended yet as I've only had the card for six months or so.

8th has been the latest up to now, had it on 4th in November.

I had my 5% (Apple Pay) paid on the 9th, but not my 1% either, which is normally paid before, sometimes up to a week, but never after.

I was looking at this last night as thought it was always received early in the month but like others on this thread nothing yet in January - I will probably give it another week before contacting them and see if it turns up but if anyone else is less patient and gets and answer from them it would be good if you could post it on here.

interesting, seems it's not just me! I wondered if I'd done something wrong on the account to lose the cashback benefit.

If I manage to speak with TSB today I'll update.

I have also not had mine but I'd assumed this was because I also had some refunds.

Going by a previous TSB thread is seems cashback is removed from refunds but then never added back from any later transactions in the same month.

TSB have had lots of computer problems over the last few days which might be an explanation?

1% TSB Cashback Terms and Conditions

Cashback is calculated each calendar month and paid by the 15th day of the following month. So cashback will normally appear on the following month’s statement.

I have now received mine dated 11th January but only show on my online banking tonight

Seems to have been triggered and backdated to yesterday by the production of my monthly statement

Hopefully everyone else is sorted / getting sorted now
