B&Q Storage & Shelving Clearance **Prices Dropped Further**

Anyone local to Hedge-End store i suggest making a visit - went in there this morning for some plasterboard plugs for my shelving and got told they had another delivery of clearance shelving yesterday allocated by the depot, though as they need the shelving for new products they are now reducing products to half the clearance price!
Got some fantastic shelving for £5 from the clearance price of £10.
I also got a large wooden storage chest which has a clearance price of £10, for only £5.

It seems the Fareham store have found loads of old stock, not storage of shelving, but they have a dozen of the Yale Home Alarm systems for only £15.
We also got a few packs of 6 mirror tiles, reduced from £35 a pack to only a fiver.
Another thing we saw, but didn't get was a highspeed 2.0 usb hub, reduced from £40 to a £5

Thanks op, managed to get some of the big plastic storage boxes on wheels - and EVENTUALLY the seagrass 3 drawer set !!!:T
If I hadn't read about it here, and searched the b&q website so I knew what I was looking forward, I would never have even bothered checking this out - let alone find them, since none of these were marked down to £2.

Agree with saintscouple that I think the stores may be having more deliveries of these clearance lines, so maybe worth keep checking in with B&Q, and also keep getting the price checked.
Hopefully as all their Xmas lines come into store they may reduce this stuff even further to make room:D

Funny you should say that as i noticed some Christmas Lines stacked high up in the racking, thus stores must be recieving deliveries now and it won't be long before they get put out.
From previous years experience they seem to replace the gardening products, so expect further store discounts on garden power tools, furniture and barbeques, etc

Yay! I've just picked up 2 of the seagrass towers for £2 each while visiting friends in Pontypridd in South Wales!!! I think I may have had the only 2 in store - they were up on the top shelf in the aisle that contained shelving and plastic storage. It looked as though they had lots more of the seagrass stacking boxes and wooden boxes up there, but the poor sales assistant was afraid of heights so I just took the seagrass towers and was thankful she managed to stay up there long enough to get those down for me.

Best thing is to browse the items you want and add them to your shopping list.
Use the Store Finder to find the telephone number of the store, and give them a ring.
They will be able to search on their computer, through the ean number of the product on your shopping list, as to their availability and location if it's on the racking and not the shelves.

They also have a system called 'Pandora' which allows them to check stock levels in all stores as from close of play from the previous day.

None of the seagrass storage baskets at Festival Park or Meir Park yesterday, computer had already said 'Nooooooow' but called in to check anyway
