where to buy tv with decent guarantee

Hello.
I have been having so much trouble with john lewis totally cocking up my order for a tv and wish to buy elsewhere,
Can anyone recommend an electrical retailer who can give good customer service and a decent worthwhile guarantee that is honoured should the tv ever go wrong?
Thank you

Richer Sounds is offering inclusive 6 year guarantees at the moment.

John Lewis or Richer Sounds. I never buy from anywhere else. If you don't want JL then I can only echo other recommendations for RS.
  • I've had three tellies from JL, not had any problems with the process, or the TVs. Never had any problems with Richer Sounds either and I've been using them for over 25 years.

Yes, we had one fail about 2 months before the 5 year period was up and they replaced it (with a newer, bigger, better model)..
  • Other placing have a jarring deal. Bruv stick with john lewis or richer sound and get 5 year warranty.
  • John Lewis were good when our TV broke after 2 years - we received a temp TV to watch while ours had a major component replaced.

John Lewis or Richer Sounds for me, not an issue with JL so would consider to use them in the future.
