where to buy TV with decent guarantee

Hello.
I have been having so much trouble with john lewis totally cocking up my order for a tv and wish to buy elsewhere,
Can anyone recommend an electrical retailer who can give good customer service and a decent worthwhile guarantee that is honoured should the tv ever go wrong?
Thank you

In my limited experience, Richer Sounds Customer service is excellent - I had a faulty 32" TV under their extended warranty a couple of years ago and it was sorted in less than a week.:)

I bought a You View Humax box from Richer Sounds and I was very impressed with their customer service .
When I was buying a Samsung TV earlier the same year John Lewis price matched the Richer Sounds deal. The deal came with free delivery and a 5 year guarantee. At that time Richer Sounds was an unknown to me. Later my Son told me that they are an excellent company. He is a musician and he bought hi fi and other equipment from them. I think they have rooms where you can in and listen for sound quality etc.
I have been very pleased with anything I have bought through John Lewis. You may just have been unlucky.
Which rate both of these companies very highly in their customer service gradings Sue

Just got a new 48inch Smart TV from Richer Sounds - good service (they didn't sell us the most expensive model, asked about room size and things like that). 6 years warranty.

We were happy with the last one too!

Richer Sounds offer excellent service, extremely knowledgeable too.
I USED TO BE INDECISIVE BUT NOW I'M NOT SO SURE!

Rich people tell you that money doesn't bring you happiness just so the poor people don't feel jealous.

    Another vote for Richer Sounds.
Very knowledgeable staff and good warranties.
I bought a 50" TV and various other bits from them a few years back. The salesman was extremely helpful, even to the point of telling me to order what I had decided upon through their website to get free delivery, where if I ordered it in the shop, I would have to pay for delivery. Don't know if that meant he lost some commission, but I did as advised. :)
