After submitting an appeal directly to PE on 2nd January I thought I'd try re submitting (or at least checking the status) on the website as I have heard nothing back as yet. Also heard nothing from the landlord either.

The image linked below shows the screen I see once details are entered. A status now shows so it appears something has changed as I can no longer appeal.

The reason for the post is to show how difficult they are to understand in general, it's not just their signage!

Apparently the PCN in question is 'cancelled' and there is an outstanding balance of £70 as can be seen here http://i.imgsafe.org/0736ed233d.png
    :rotfl:

I will update the thread when I know more but I am assuming the status is correct and it has been cancelled. Perhaps it was the landowner (though I doubt that) or maybe it was PE themselves as I did appeal with not only the standard but also the lack of POFA as the notice was delivered too late with good evidence. Maybe they bought a calculator to check it?

Thanks everyone for the continued support to myself and everyone who is looking for help on all these PCNs.

Well done on another victory for the forums!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
