exactly why PAPPA GOLF asked you the question earlier
you owe him an apology at the very least , as it was a perfectly valid question due to their "history" with SCHWARTZ
never kid when money is at stake , this is serious and we take the topic seriously0 -
I genuinely thought that Papa Golf was joking, especially that I've mentioned already @11th Jan 17, 9:19 AM that it was signed on behalf of before the question was asked in the first place.
Anyways I did not mean to offend anyone including Papa Golf and apologise if I did, not here to make trouble and do appreciate your time and effort.

No worries, sounds like a misunderstanding. Be ready for a court claim anyway, CEL don't actually read letters and that one was written merely so you can show it among your evidence in court, to support your defence and win...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Guys
I was after some advice please,
Two of the parking charges that I received are under a family member's name as she was the keeper of the car. She's recently changed her address and lives abroad. The CE ltd must have been sending her letters for outstanding debt to the old address. Should I write to them as the driver and inform them that the address has changed or should i get her to inform them that the address has changed? Also she has recently sold the car to me, do they need to know the new keeper?
Thanks0 -

you are confusing us now
your first post
My questions:
1. Can I still appeal to POPLA : according to CE-service website we only can appeal within 14 days of receiving the fine.
2. any recommendation what to do I feel lost
as the tickets are going to "a family member's name as she was the keeper of the car." then get them to inform the PPC of thier new address , email , written and recorded ,
in this case the registered keeper WAS the driver0 -
This story is for 2 out of 5 tickets. The first post was referring to the three other tickets.
But the keeper wasn't the driver for these 2 tickets and and she won't be able to follow it up so is it wise to inform them who the driver is in this case and how can the driver appeal?0 -
does it matter chuck as much blame as you can on the person living abroad , they cannot touch them0
